As a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the manpower, facility management, or pharmaceutical staffing industry located in Vadodara, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and ensuring revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with corporate clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams for successful workforce deployment. Your qualifications should include proven experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of labor laws and regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing, facility management, or pharmaceutical staffing. - Generate leads and secure contracts for semi-skilled, unskilled, and skilled workforce requirements. - Build strong relationships with corporate clients, HR heads, and decision-makers. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. - Monitor market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities. - Ensure client satisfaction through regular interactions and service quality improvements. - Address client concerns and provide solutions for workforce management. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and management of manpower. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Support workforce planning and retention strategies. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the specified industries. - Strong understanding of semi-skilled, unskilled, and skilled workforce management. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Strong networking skills and industry contacts. - Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and workforce regulations is an advantage. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple clients.
