We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Lead who can help us expand our client base and drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire business development cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Identify potential clients through market research, inbound/outbound efforts, and networking. Pitch customized digital marketing solutions based on client needs and business goals. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams (SMM, SEO, Content, Branding, Performance) to create tailored proposals. Maintain a strong pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools. Attend industry events, webinars, and networking platforms to represent Marketing Mojito. Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to support strategy development. Requirements: 2–3 years of proven experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency. In-depth understanding of digital marketing services and how they solve business problems. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle a consultative sales approach and solution selling. Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. What You’ll Get: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
