About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Head to oversee sales for Mid to Senior Leadership hiring, RPO services, or Executive Search. The perfect candidate should possess a robust background in business development, client acquisition, and strategic sales growth. This role plays a vital part in enhancing market presence and fostering long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Growth: - Identify and secure new clients for retained, contingent, and RPO services. - Formulate and implement sales strategies to broaden the client base. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: - Lead end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure. - Create tailored talent solutions to cater to client requirements. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Market Expansion & Competitive Analysis: - Carry out market research to pinpoint industry trends and opportunities. - Position the company as the preferred recruitment partner. - Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Strategic Sales & Revenue Management: - Develop and track sales targets, revenue objectives, and conversion metrics. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Drive cross-selling opportunities across various recruitment service lines. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 7-12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the recruitment industry. - Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities. - Ability to devise and execute strategic business plans.
