We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to drive our customer acquisition efforts through strategic email campaigns and cold calling.   • Campaign Setup:

    Design and execute targeted email campaigns for different customer segments

    Write compelling email copy that drives engagement and responses

    Research and build high-quality prospect databases using various tools
  • Performance Optimization:

    A/B test subject lines, content, and timing for better results
  • Automation:

    Set up email sequences and follow-up campaigns

  • Daily Outbound Calling:

    Make 10-20 cold calls daily to qualified prospects
  • Script Development:

    Create and refine calling scripts based on what works
  • Lead Qualification:

    Assess prospect needs and identify genuine opportunities
  • Objection Handling:

    Address prospect concerns professionally and persistently
  • Follow-up Management:

    Maintain systematic follow-up schedules for interested leads

    Maintain 10%+ contact rate and meaningful conversations
  • Lead Generation:

    Generate 20+ qualified leads per month
💰 Monetary Incentives

Meeting Booking Rewards:

  • ₹500 for each qualified meeting/demo scheduled
  • ₹1,000 bonus for meetings that convert to proposals

Deal Closing Rewards:

  • ₹2,000 for each deal closed during your internship
