Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive revenue growth by identifying prospects, understanding their business needs, and positioning our MyOperator solutions effectively. As a BDE, you will focus on consultative selling, managing a strong sales pipeline, and building long-term customer relationships in the SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and pain points to recommend the most suitable MyOperator solutions and generate revenue.
  • Conduct discovery calls and schedule product demos with decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify emerging sales opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS, IT, or software products.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and consultative selling in a SaaS/IT environment.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and email communication is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a consultative approach to selling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B/SaaS sales or business consulting.
  • Knowledge of solution-based or consultative selling techniques.
  • An analytical mindset to assess sales data and improve conversion strategies.
