📍 Location: Baner–Pashan Link Road, Pune (4 days/week from office)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month

📈 Experience: 1.5–3 years in client-facing lead generation, email marketing, and B2B sales

Role Overview


As a Business Development Manager, you will:


outbound campaigns for 5–10 B2B clients

✅ Manage client communication—briefing, guiding, and reporting results

✅ Lead campaign delivery across LinkedIn and email outreach channels

✅ Collaborate with internal teams for content creation, data research, and automation setup

✅ Guide and coordinate your support team to meet deadlines and targets

✅ Step in hands-on when needed to troubleshoot or execute critical tasks

✅ Drive measurable results with a focus on lead generation and pipeline growth

✅ Improve processes and mentor junior team members

✅ Grow into a leadership role as you demonstrate ownership and impact


What We’re Looking For


  • Manage 5–10 client campaigns end-to-end. You will have a dedicated support team under you who will prepare the campaign assets—content, contact lists, and automation setup—so you can focus on guiding the team, overseeing execution, and staying in constant communication with clients to ensure everything runs smoothly and results are delivered.
  • Own the strategy and performance of LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Lead client calls: briefing, guiding, and driving outcomes.
  • Coordinate with content, data, and automation teams to keep campaigns on track.
  • Step in hands-on when needed—no hand-holding—to deliver on timelines, campaign quality, and lead generation targets.
  • Bring 1.5–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales.
  • Show a proven track record of building pipeline and optimizing outbound campaigns.
  • Communicate confidently in English to work with global clients.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness to grow into a team management role.
  • Have hands-on experience with tools such as

    Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, AngelList, BuiltIn, Lemlist, Mailshake, Reply.io, Expandi, Dripify, and Octopus.
