Lead hiring for Head Office functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.). Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and candidate specifications. Develop innovative sourcing strategies job portals, referrals, social media, campus hiring, and local sourcing networks. Drive proactive talent pipeline creation for critical and high-volume roles. Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates while ensuring excellent candidate experience. Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and pre-joining engagement. Manage and mentor a team of field recruiters to deliver on store-level hiring targets. Set clear KPIs for recruiters (TAT, quality of hire, sourcing mix). Build capability of the team through regular training and coaching. Collaborate with Store Captains, Duty Managers, and HO function heads to forecast hiring needs. Provide regular dashboards and reports on recruitment status, attrition trends, and manpower gaps. Act as a trusted talent advisor, ensuring business continuity through timely closures. Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and compliance with company policies. Maintain updated job descriptions and structured interview processes. Continuously improve recruitment practices through technology adoption, data analytics, and market benchmarking. Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field. Experience: 58 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail, FMCG, or service industry . Strong exposure to both field hiring (store-level) and corporate hiring . Proven ability to manage a recruitment team and deliver within tight timelines. Excellent sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use hiring metrics for decision-making. Energetic, self-driven, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D is an added advantage); familiarity with MS Office and layout planning tools Understanding of retail store layouts, fixture planning, space optimization, and statutory requirements.

Track and analyze SKU-level performance (fast movers, slow movers, non-movers) to support assortment and shelf-space decisions. Monitor price changes, promotions, and discounts and provide insights on their impact on sales. Support the team in demand forecasting and replenishment planning by analyzing past trends and seasonality. Maintain dashboards for vendor billing, claims, and settlement tracking . Coordinate with store operations, supply chain, and finance to validate data accuracy. Automate reporting templates for faster turnaround using Advanced Excel / Power BI . Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field. 13 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis (preferably in retail, FMCG, or food & grocery sector). Freshers with excellent Excel and analytical skills can also be considered.
