Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Scout for new retail properties in target cities/towns based on market potential, customer demographics, and competition mapping.
Conduct detailed site feasibility analysis footfall, visibility, catchment area, traffic patterns, and accessibility.
Collaborate with cross functional teams for location-specific inputs
Prepare and present business cases including ROI, break-even timelines, and cost-benefit analysis for each proposed site.
Recommend lease or purchase models based on viability and long-term strategy
.
Negotiate lease terms, rentals, lock-in periods, escalation clauses, and other key conditions with landlords/property agents.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for due diligence and documentation.
Liaise with project/fit-out teams post deal closure to ensure timely possession and smooth store launch.
Maintain detailed records and trackers of all active and prospective sites.

Preferred candidate profile

510 years in real estate/property acquisition in retail (FMCG, QSR, supermarkets, apparel, or electronics).
