Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and update store layout drawings, ensuring optimal space utilization and customer flow.
Standardize fixture, shelving, and equipment placements across stores.
Collaborate with Operations, Projects, and Store teams to incorporate design requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with safety, statutory, and accessibility standards.
Maintain a central repository of drawings for easy reference and audit.
Support new store openings by providing accurate layouts and quick revisions.
Suggest improvements in layouts to enhance productivity and customer experience

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / Degree in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
13 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting; retail, FMCG, or QSR layout design experience preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D is an added advantage); familiarity with MS Office and layout planning tools
Understanding of retail store layouts, fixture planning, space optimization, and statutory requirements.
