Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on
sales, margins, stock movement, and vendor performance
for all categories.
Track and analyze
SKU-level performance
(fast movers, slow movers, non-movers) to support assortment and shelf-space decisions.
Monitor
price changes, promotions, and discounts
and provide insights on their impact on sales.
Support the team in
demand forecasting
and replenishment planning by analyzing past trends and seasonality.
Maintain dashboards for
vendor billing, claims, and settlement tracking
.
Coordinate with
store operations, supply chain, and finance
to validate data accuracy.
Automate reporting templates for faster turnaround using
Advanced Excel / Power BI
.
Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support category reviews and strategy discussions.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in
MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis
(preferably in retail, FMCG, or food & grocery sector).
Freshers with excellent Excel and analytical skills can also be considered.
