Job Description

Position: MIS Executive
Location:

Lower Parel

Requirements:

Power BI and advanced Excel are mandatory.
Excellent English communication is a must.

Work Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are working days.
One day off between Monday to Thursday.

Job Summary:

The MIS Specialist/Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's information systems, ensuring that the business's data is accurately processed, stored, and analyzed to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain management information systems and databases to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Design and implement regular and ad-hoc reports to provide business insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management and relevant departments.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and accuracy across all systems.
System Analysis & Support:
- Provide analysis and support for management information systems as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an MIS, data analysis, or similar role. Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) and experience with SQL or other database query languages.
- Familiarity with MIS software and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and data analysis software.
- Strong understanding of data integrity and security standards.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
