Location: BangaloreExperience: 48 Years (FMCG Retail/QSR)CTC: 4 to 5 LakhsRole SummaryResponsible for overall store operations in a hard-discounter FMCG retail format, ensuring cost control, strong inventory discipline, and a smooth customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day store operations as per SOPs.- Maintain hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance (FSSAI, audits).- Drive sales, control shrinkage & wastage, and manage manpower cost %. - Ensure stock availability, GRN accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, and cycle counts.- Lead and manage the store team effectively.- Resolve customer issues and ensure quick checkout experience.- Maintain MIS reports: sales, wastage, shrink, manpower, audits.Requirements- Graduate with 48 years experience in FMCG retail/QSR.- Strong understanding of inventory, cost control & store discipline.- Good communication and team-handling skills.- Experience in hard discounter formats preferred.Work Schedule- 6-day work week with rotational weekly off.- Flexible to work weekends and peak hours.
