About the Job:

📍 Location: Baner–Pashan Link Road, Pune (4 days/week from office) 

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month 

📈 Experience: 2.5–5 years in client facing lead generation, email marketing, and B2B sales 

Role Overview:

Client Success & Outbound Campaign Manager

• Own the strategy, execution, and performance of outbound campaigns for 5–10 B2B clients 
• Manage client communication, including briefing, guiding, and reporting results 
• Lead campaign delivery across LinkedIn and email outreach channels 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for content creation, data research, and automation setup 
• Have a team under your support to coordinate and guide toward meeting deadlines and targets 
• Step in hands-on when needed to troubleshoot or execute critical tasks 
• Drive measurable results with a focus on lead generation and pipeline growth 
• Help improve team processes and mentor junior members 
• Grow into a leadership role as you demonstrate ownership and impact

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage 5–10 client campaigns from start to finish. 

Don’t worry—you’ll have support: 

• The content will be provided 
• The contact list (database) will be ready 
• Automation tools will be set up for you 

Your job is to make sure everything runs smoothly, get results, and take full responsibility for the campaign’s success. 

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Owning the strategy and performance of LinkedIn and email campaigns 
• Leading client calls: briefing, guiding, and driving outcomes 
• Using tools like Lemlist, Mailshake, Reply.io, Expandi, Dripify, Octopus to run or oversee automation 
• Coordinating with content, data, and automation teams 
• Stepping in hands-on when needed — no hand-holding 
• Delivering on timelines, campaign quality, and lead generation targets 

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales 
• Hands-on experience with tools like

  Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, AngelList, and BuiltIn

   
• Working knowledge of

  LinkedIn and email automation

  platforms 
• A proven track record of building pipeline and optimizing outbound campaigns 
• Excellent communication skills in English — you’ll work with global clients 
• Leadership potential and the ability to grow into a team management role
