Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Writer to produce engaging, clear, and original content for various digital platforms, including our website, blog, social media, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, the ability to produce engaging, informative, and compelling content that aligns with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound-Focused Content Creation

• Write high-converting email sequences, LinkedIn outreach messages, and sales scripts to drive engagement.
• Craft personalised content tailored to different industries, buyer personas, and sales triggers.
• Develop compelling case studies, one-pagers, landing pages, and sales enablement materials to support outbound efforts.

2. Industry & Client Research

• Deeply understand both technical and non-technical clients, their services, products, and market positioning.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to craft data-backed messaging.
• Create detailed research documents and messaging frameworks to guide outbound campaigns.

3. A/B Testing & Message Optimization

• Continuously refine outreach content through data-driven testing of subject lines, messaging angles, and CTAs.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust messaging to increase response and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-driven marketing trends.

4. Content Strategy & Social Media

• Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies to position The Konsol as a thought leader in outbound marketing.
• Create social media content for The Konsol and its clients to engage their target audiences.
• Support personal branding efforts for clients, founders, and key decision-makers.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with outbound specialists, SDRs, and marketing teams to align messaging with sales objectives.
• Assist clients in defining their Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and positioning for outbound campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with client voice, industry trends, and outbound best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in content writing, email writing, blogging, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of technical terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Creative and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, etc.) is a plus.
