Ensure audit findings are addressed with corrective and preventive measures. Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance requirements, and ensure company adherence. Prepare audit reports and present to senior leadership/Board/Committee as required. 4. Leadership & Strategic Support Manage and mentor finance teams to build strong controllership and operational capabilities. Act as a business partner to senior leadership, providing financial guidance for strategic decisions. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Drive a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement in the finance function. Preferred candidate profile Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. 710 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and compliance. Strong understanding of Ind-AS, GST, TDS, and corporate law requirements. Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or technology-driven companies is an advantage.
