Job Summary : The Business Development Executive at Potencia Academy is responsible for driving student enrollment, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the institute’s brand presence in the Malwa region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective students and parents, and promoting Potencia’s coaching programs for JEE, NEET, NTSE, Olympiads, and board exams. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation and Student Enrollment : Identify and pursue new student leads through outreach, school visits, and community events to drive admissions for classes 8th to 12th, including crash courses and dropper batches. Promote Potencia’s programs, such as foundation courses, JEE/NEET coaching, and CUET crash courses, to prospective students and parents. Conduct counseling sessions to explain course offerings, fee structures, and success stories (e.g., top JEE 2024 results in the Malwa region). Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and local communities to create referral networks and partnerships. Engage with parents and students to address queries, provide guidance, and ensure satisfaction with Potencia’s services. Marketing and Outreach : Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns, including social media, local advertisements, and events to boost brand visibility. Represent Potencia Academy at education fairs, seminars, and community programs to attract new students. Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement strategies to meet enrollment targets and revenue goals, ensuring affordability aligns with Potencia’s mission of accessible quality education. Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates and enrollment metrics. Market Research : Analyze competitors in the coaching industry (e.g., other JEE/NEET institutes in Bathinda) to identify opportunities for differentiation. Stay updated on trends in competitive exams and education to tailor outreach strategies. Team Collaboration : Work closely with faculty and administrative staff to align business development efforts with academic goals. Coordinate with the management team to provide feedback on market demands and student needs. Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations. Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships with schools, parents, and students. Sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet enrollment targets. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms for promotional activities. Familiarity with competitive exams (JEE, NEET, etc.) is an advantage. Other : Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for outreach activities. Work Environment : Based at Potencia Academy’s Bathinda campus (100ft Road, Near Maheshwari Chowk, KD Complex). Dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on student success and academic excellence. May involve flexible hours, including weekends, during peak admission seasons (e.g., March-April for new batches). Require occasional travel for marketing or partnership activities.
