Role Overview We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic interns to join our team as Business Development Executives (Sales and Marketing) . This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development, providing an opportunity to contribute to Potencia Academy’s growth while developing essential professional skills. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to potential students, parents, and educational institutions to promote Potencia Academy’s programs. Sales & Outreach : Conduct field visits, presentations, and meetings to pitch courses and convert leads into enrollments. Marketing Campaigns : Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies, including social media promotions, local events, and community engagement activities. Market Research : Analyze local market trends in Bathinda, Abohar, Ferozepur, Mansa, and Barnala to identify opportunities for expansion. Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to drive partnerships. Reporting : Track and report sales progress, campaign performance, and customer feedback to the management team. Requirements Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and marketing. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with the local areas (Bathinda, Abohar, Ferozepur, Mansa, or Barnala) is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
