Role Overview

highly driven Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in

    IT services and product engineering

    .
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through

    cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, Upwork/Freelance platforms, and networking

    .
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions aligned with Lectus Technologies’ services.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create

    proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies

    .
  • Meet and exceed

    monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing

    to the overall growth of the company.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure

    repeat business and upselling opportunities

    .
  • Stay updated on

    industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

    to create a competitive edge.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience

    in

    Business Development/Sales

    in a

    hardcore service-based IT company

    (non-negotiable).
  • Strong understanding of

    software development services

    such as AI, Web, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, and Data Engineering.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Ability to work independently with a

    relentless, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and proposal writing

    .
  • Strong network in

    international markets (US, UK, Middle East preferred)

    will be an added advantage.
