Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gandhinagar. As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on new business development, identifying and generating leads, managing business accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role requires an understanding of customer needs, effective service pitching, and the establishment of long-term relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in similar roles is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and present confidently to potential clients

What will you do?

• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and other channels to identify and engage high-potential leads.
• Support the sales team in creating pipelines and nurturing client relationships.
• Could you collaborate with the leadership team to explore new markets and verticals?
• Bring energy, ideas, and excellent communication to every call, pitch, and follow-up.
