You will work with two fast-growing companies:

Both organizations rely on proactive business development and client engagement to expand market presence, build partnerships, and drive growth. You will play a key role in achieving these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across finance, real estate, and consultancy sectors


  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages


  • Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to showcase company services


  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems


  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to align outreach strategies


  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports for business insights


  • Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients


Candidate Profile:

  • Ambitious, persuasive, and target-oriented


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Confident in building client relationships and handling communications independently


  • Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team


  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about finance and real estate sectors


  • Capable of managing multiple leads and meeting deadlines


Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing


  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)


  • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace


  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead generation platforms


  • Onsite availability in Hyderabad


Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Internship or coursework in sales, marketing, or business development


  • Exposure to finance, real estate, or consulting domains


  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or presentation tools


Compensation & Growth:

  • Salary: Flat in hand

    INR 15 ,000 per month

    and based on performance

    INR 15 ,000 per month

    Incentives if you reach 3000$ business


  • Full-time onsite role in Hyderabad, much potential environment to get more income
