Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT sector.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of the IT sector and its trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with sales strategy development and execution.
