Proven experience managing public sector IT projects or taxation-related systems. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar). Experience in government IT consulting or taxation technology solutions. PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is a plus.
