Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Callers to join our sales team in Ahmedabad. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching products/services, and closing sales over the phone. Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain products or services and generate interest in the offerings. Convince customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM. Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively. Share feedback with the team to improve scripts and processes. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati; Basic English is a plus. Confidence and a persuasive approach in communication. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM). Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO is an advantage (not mandatory).
