Job Description

Include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, maintaining customer records in a CRM, and following up with leads to support the sales team
Understating of interest , Budget & Buying Requirements of the potential client Responsible for scheduling appointments with clients for property viewings and follow-up calls
Should be able to maintain an accurate database of customer information,Tele callers should be able to handle objections & and provide solutions to any queries client may have
They should also be able to negotiate with clients and close deals
Responsible for providing after-sales support to clients
Tele callers should be able to provide regular reports on their calls, appointments, and sales
They should also be able to analyze their performance and make improvements based on the data they collect
