We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our IT Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth. You will also play a key role in guiding trainees and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international IT service markets
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits
3. Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present IT solutions.
4. Conduct client presentations and discussions to build trust and close deals
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
6. Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics in CRM
7. Support and mentor Business Development Trainees when required
8. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
1. Bachelor’s degree (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
2. 2 - 4 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development
3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
4. Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets
5. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
6. Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
