Business Development -Inside Sales –JD Company Name: Kyoren Labs ( Baynine Ventures ) Role: Business Development Manager Job Location: Navi Mumbai (base) Hiring Manager: Cofounder Job Specifications: Experience: 2–6 years in inside sales or B2C/B2B telesales, preferably in EdTech, Healthcare Tech, D2C services Skills: Proven ability to meet revenue targets and close high-ticket sales Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling ability Empathetic and persuasive with strong listening skills Familiar with CRM tools, basic analytics, and inside sales playbooks Willingness to adapt and own end-to-end sales cycle Role Description: We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth for our fast-growing consumer business. You’ll be responsible for closing leads, nurturing prospects, and driving subscription/product sales via inside sales channels. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in consultative selling , thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand the realities of ground-level sales and customer behavior . Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion & Revenue Ownership Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers through consultative selling over phone, WhatsApp, or video calls. Understand customer needs and pitch relevant plans, services, or subscription bundles. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly revenue and call targets . Customer Relationship & Retention Build trust with leads through personalized follow-ups and needs-based recommendations. Handle objections, close deals effectively, and improve customer confidence in the brand. Ensure strong post-sale follow-up for experience and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. Sales Strategy & Funnel Management Manage lead pipeline via CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot). Segment leads, monitor conversion ratios, and improve drop-off metrics through structured follow-ups. Analyze sales performance to refine pitch, targeting, and lead nurturing strategies. Market & Customer Insight Understand customer behavior through data, calls, and direct feedback to refine pitch and value proposition. Share insights with marketing/product teams to optimize campaigns and offerings. On-Ground Sales Understanding Though primarily inside sales, you must understand and relate to field-level sales realities . Bring empathy, hustle, and solution-driven thinking for price-sensitive or high-trust customer segments. Optional: Participate in field events, camps, or demo activations to strengthen lead funnel.
