Business Development Manager - HRMS Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals for the HRMS product line.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends in the HR technology landscape.
  • Prospect and qualify leads, generating interest in [Company Name]'s HRMS solutions through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique HR challenges and demonstrating how your product addresses their specific needs.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the HRMS to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and effectively position [Company Name]'s HRMS against competing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the HR technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Adept at conducting market research, analysing data, and identifying market opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales methodologies.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

LOCATION OF WORK

The candidate will be required to be based out of Pune
