Role Overview We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive who can effectively pitch, promote, and close marketing and technology service deals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in generating B2B leads, building client relationships, and growing revenue streams in digital marketing, branding, and technology services. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads for digital marketing and tech solution services through various channels. Conduct lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to build a steady pipeline. Manage and maintain prospect databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Execute outreach campaigns via email marketing tools to nurture leads and book meetings. Schedule appointments and demos with senior consultants for deeper solution discussions. Follow up diligently on leads to move them through the sales funnel. Understand client needs and develop customized business proposals and pitch decks. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client segments. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, and tech) to deliver tailored client solutions. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM data, manage sales pipelines, and generate regular performance reports. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in business development/sales in a marketing agency or tech solutions company. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Web Development). Experience in pitching and selling marketing automation, website, and SaaS-based solutions is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Bonus Skills Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead nurturing techniques. Knowledge of current trends in marketing and emerging technologies.
