Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated SEO Intern to support our SEO Services team. You’ll work closely with senior SEO strategists and digital marketers on real-world projects to enhance visibility, engagement, and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and optimizing SEO content (blogs, website pages, metadata, etc.).
• Perform keyword research and analysis to guide content strategy.
• Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits across websites.
• Support backlink research, competitor analysis, and link-building initiatives.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Help prepare client-ready reports and insights to track SEO effectiveness.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Completed a certified course in SEO or Digital Marketing—show proof of training and hands-on application.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on- and off-page optimization, basic technical SEO.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console; knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is a plus.
• Strong writing and research capabilities, with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Prior hands-on experience optimizing blog content or websites for SEO during course projects or as a freelancer.
• Basic understanding of MarTech platforms, automation, or AI-driven content workflows.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
• Familiarity with local SEO practices, eCommerce SEO, or B2B SEO dynamics.
