Roles and Responsibilities Generate sales leads through cold calling, field visits & Industrial Visit. Market research to identify potential customers for industrial equipment and machinery. Develop the new Customer. Develop strong relationships with existing & new clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Submit the Proposal to client & discuss Technically & Commercial during visit or Cold Call. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Industrial Sales. Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Mechanical or Instrument Engineering). Diploma or BSC or Preferred. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
