Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Lead Research & CRM Management Identify and research potential clients across industries Collect and organize data including email, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram profiles Maintain and manage client details using CRM tools Client Outreach & Follow-up Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, or DMs Maintain regular follow-ups and work towards lead conversion Email Marketing Setup Research and assist in setting up email marketing tools Create mailing lists and execute outbound email campaigns Professional Networking Build connections across platforms to generate warm leads Engage with prospects and initiate conversations for conversions Daily Reporting Maintain a daily activity tracker Share detailed reports with metrics like reach-out efforts, response rate, and conversions Multi-Vertical Focus Work across our 3 core business verticals for both products and services Adapt the strategy based on the nature of the offering Social Media Engagement Actively engage on our business’s social handles (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) Improve follower count, page authority score, and drive inbound DMs Guidance and Mentorship Work closely with senior team members for planning, strategy, and execution Get constant support, feedback, and skill-building opportunities What You’ll Get 💸 Incentives on top of fixed salary 🕊 Flexible and open work environment 📈 Steep learning curve in digital and direct sales 💼 Hands-on experience across both product and service sales funnels 🚀 Work with a growing pipeline of leads and active campaigns Who Should Apply 4 to 6 months of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Energetic, persistent, and results-driven mindset Ready to learn, adapt, and contribute every day Show more Show less
