Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify inbound leads and understand client needs before handing them over to Account Executives
Schedule discovery calls and meetings with decision-makers
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect information
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (e.g., meetings booked, outreach activities)
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer challenges
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar B2B sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle rejection and thrive in a target-driven environment
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and work independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
