About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our digital marketing and media solutions. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship building, and performance evaluation. Candidates with hands-on experience on platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
A. Market Research & Strategy
1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and target audiences.2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales goals.3. Analyze competitors and industry trends to support informed decision-making.

B. Client Acquisition
1. Identify potential clients and key decision-makers through networking, referrals, and online research.2. Initiate contact with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and meetings.3. Create and present business Proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.

C. Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.

D. Reporting & Performance Analysis
1. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue growth.2. Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management regarding business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 6 months to 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing
• Prior experience or proven success in client acquisition through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Highly motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset
