Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and business-minded Business Development Executive to drive company growth through lead generation, client communication, and project acquisition. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage the entire business development cycle—from freelance platforms to direct client interactions—while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities from platforms such as Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Communicate with domestic and international clients to understand their requirements.
• Write customized proposals and compelling cover letters tailored to client needs.
• Convert leads into successful deals using strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, design) to deliver suitable client solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights.
• Work proactively in a fast-paced environment and help achieve monthly business targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of Upwork bidding and other platforms like Fiverr, PPH, and Freelancer.
• Experience in bringing mobile and web application projects is a plus.
• Good understanding of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, think quickly, and handle client messages/calls confidently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
