Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our sales efforts, engage with clients, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, lead generation, client handling, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Promote SFTraining’s online and offline training programs.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for prospects and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and timely support.

Training Coordination

  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth execution of training programs.
  • Share schedules, course details, and updates with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and conversions.

Marketing & Support

  • Assist in executing online marketing campaigns and social media activities.
  • Support brand visibility and promotional initiatives.
  • Provide ideas and feedback to improve outreach strategies.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Good understanding of basic sales and marketing concepts.
  • Ability to multitask, coordinate, and manage follow-ups professionally.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
