Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling email content, designing email templates, setting up email automation workflows, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Email Content Creation: Write engaging and persuasive email copy that effectively communicates our brand message, showcases our products/services, and drives desired actions (such as conversions, sales, or event registrations).
  • List Segmentation and Targeting: Segment our email subscriber lists based on various criteria (demographics, purchase history, engagement levels, etc.) to ensure relevant and personalized email communication for different audience segments.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, layouts, calls-to-action, and other elements to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Analyze test results and apply insights to enhance future campaigns.
  • Email Automation and Workflows: Set up and maintain automated email workflows, triggered emails, and drip campaigns to deliver timely and relevant messages to subscribers at various stages of the customer journey.
  • Email Deliverability and Compliance: Monitor email deliverability rates, manage sender reputation, and adhere to best practices and industry guidelines to ensure our emails reach the intended recipients and comply with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, and revenue generated from email campaigns. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Collaborate with the CRM team to integrate email marketing efforts with our customer database, leverage customer insights for personalized email campaigns, and contribute to a unified customer experience across channels.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously enhance our email marketing strategy and tactics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
