Job Title: Sales Development Executive (SDE) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹42,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Sales / Business Development Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Executive (SDE) with at least 1 year of sales experience. As an SDE, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating leads that support our sales pipeline. This is a performance-driven role requiring strong communication, persistence, and a growth mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support business growth. Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs. Book and schedule appointments or demos for the senior sales team. Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and meeting targets. Maintain updated records in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead-generation strategies. Share regular reports and updates with management. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of proven experience in sales or business development (B2B/B2C). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation skills. Confident in cold calling and outreach activities. Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Work Setup RequirementsA laptop/desktop in good working condition. Stable high-speed internet connection.
