Business Development Executive (BDE)

Objective:

Recruit, engage, and manage channel partners to drive sales growth.

Gather quality leads, tele-briefing , client meeting, site visits, product demo , follow up and deliver desired results for our real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

1. Identify and recruit new channel partners (brokers, agents, and property consultants).

2. Conduct training sessions and onboarding programs.

3. Ensure partners understand company products, services, and policies.

Partner Engagement:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

2. Provide sales support, marketing materials, and updates.

Sales and Post Sales service:

1. Manage leads and sales process

2. Lead closures

3. Generating referal leads.

3. Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.

Lead Generation & Sales:

1. Collaborate with partners to generate quality leads.

2. Set sales targets and monitor progress.

3. Offer incentives and recognition for achieving targets.

Performance Management:

1. Track partner performance metrics (e.g., sales conversion, lead generation).

2. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

3. Develop strategies to enhance partner performance.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in channel partner management or real estate sales.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.

4. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Desirable Skills:

1. Real estate industry knowledge.

2. Network of existing relationships with brokers/agents.

3. Experience with sales training and coaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
