Client Acquisition & Relationship Management · Utilize your existing client database to identify and pursue new business opportunities. · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service. 2. Sales Strategy & Execution · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. · Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. · Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure business growth 3. Market Research & Industry Networking · Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. · Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services and expand the client base. 4. Collaboration & Reporting · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. · Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software. · Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management. 🎓 Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. · Approximately 2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on staffing, marketing, or IT sales. · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. · Strong understanding of the staffing, marketing, and IT industries. · Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. 🛠️ Skills & Competencies · Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. · Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategies. · Relationship Building: Skilled in establishing and maintaining professional relationships. · Adaptability: Flexible and open to change in a dynamic business environment. · Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events. 💰 Compensation based on experience and industry standards.
