Job Title: Supervisor – Production Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing industry Age Requirement: 28+ years Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage floor-level operations across cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch units. Ensure timely completion of production targets as per quality standards. Coordinate with masterji, workers, and management to resolve issues in real-time. Maintain discipline and streamline workforce efficiency. Track material usage, wastage, and stock movement during production. Prepare and maintain shift-wise progress reports. Implement SOPs strictly and uphold safety compliance. Conduct quality checks at various stages and rectify deviations immediately.
