Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor – Production

Experience: Minimum 3 years in garment manufacturing industry
Age Requirement: 28+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage floor-level operations across cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch units.
Ensure timely completion of production targets as per quality standards.
Coordinate with masterji, workers, and management to resolve issues in real-time.
Maintain discipline and streamline workforce efficiency.
Track material usage, wastage, and stock movement during production.
Prepare and maintain shift-wise progress reports.
Implement SOPs strictly and uphold safety compliance.
Conduct quality checks at various stages and rectify deviations immediately.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills
Clear communication in Hindi (English preferred but not mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge – Excel, WhatsApp usage
Attention to detail and discipline in execution
Experience handling 40+ workers

Preferred Background:

Worked in a uniform/stitching/garment manufacturing unit
Comfortable working long shifts and standing on the floor
Should be physically fit and have a commanding presence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,862.33 - ₹22,500.00 per month
