Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Meet prospective clients, understand their property needs, and present suitable project options. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, brokers, and corporate partners. Promote ongoing and upcoming real estate projects through presentations, meetings, and site visits. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and events for lead generation. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets. Maintain client data, follow-up records, and sales reports using CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
