Job Description

A Business Development Executive in the IT industry is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market analysis.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the IT sector. Utilize networking, cold calling, and industry events to generate leads. 2
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and challenges to tailor IT solutions effectively. 2
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets. This includes preparing business proposals and presentations to showcase IT products and services. 2
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure that client requirements are met and that solutions are delivered effectively. This may involve coordinating project timelines and deliverables. 1
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and partnerships. Ensure favorable terms for both parties while fostering long-term relationships. 1
