Role Summary
Own a city-wise field engine by recruiting, onboarding, and managing 10+ Doorto-Door (D2D) Sales Agents. You’ll run first-level hiring interviews, train agents
(under RM supervision), maintain daily discipline via Telegram/WhatsApp groups,
coordinate with local institutes/schools for candidate sourcing, and hit weekly
activation and sales targets.
What You’ll Do
1. Agent Hiring (D2D Sales)
o Source, shortlist, and conduct first-level interviews to onboard 10+
field agents in your city.
o Activate multiple sourcing channels: local schools/colleges/ITIs,
referrals, job boards, and CVs shared by the RM.
2. Onboarding & Training
o Run day-one orientation, product pitch practice, territory planning, and
objection-handling sessions under RM guidance.
o Ensure agents understand door-to-door cadence, scripts, and daily
reporting.
3. Daily Ops & Performance Management
o Maintain Telegram & WhatsApp groups for your city team: share
leads, targets, scripts, FAQs, and daily trackers.
o Monitor attendance, route plans, call/visit counts, and conversions; push
laggards; celebrate wins.
4. Field Discipline (Door-to-Door)
o Ensure each agent walks door-to-door daily as per plan; track visits →
demos → closures funnel.
o Coordinate simple local meet-ups/stand-ups when needed.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
o Work closely with the Regional Manager on hiring pipelines, training
calendars, and target reviews.
o Liaise with local schools/colleges for placement cells, internship
drives, and candidate days.
6. Compliance & Reporting
o Maintain updated sheets on hiring status, agent rosters, daily calls/visits,
closures, and payouts.
o Adhere to ethical sales, brand guidelines, and data hygiene.
Targets & KPIs
• Hiring: 10 active agents within the first 2–3 weeks; maintain 80%+ weekly
agent availability.
• Activity: Per agent/day — planned visits, demos, and follow-ups as per
playbook.
• Sales: City monthly revenue and activation targets (team & per-agent).
• Quality: Script adherence, CRM sheet hygiene, TAT on lead follow-ups.
Compensation & Incentives
• Fixed: Competitive base (as per experience).
• Variable:
o BDE Incentive: 20% of the sales generated by your agents (net
eligible sales as per company policy).
o Regional Manager Override: 2.5% of agent sales (paid to RM as per
policy; noted here for transparency).
• Bonuses: Spike incentives for weekly/Monthly Top-Performer cities, low
attrition, and fast ramp.
Note: “Sales” refers to net realized revenue per company policy (postrefund/chargeback windows). Detailed slab/payout calendar will be shared at offer
stage.
Who You Are (Eligibility)
• 0–4 years in BDE/Inside Sales/FOS hiring/EdTech/MFI/Telecom/Local Retail
activations preferred.
• Strong recruitment hustle in your city; comfortable with high-volume
calling and WhatsApp/Telegram ops.
• Clear communicator in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus).
• Owns a smartphone, stable internet, and can manage spreadsheets/trackers.
