Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of the company’s products and IT services.
• Identify and connect with potential clients through research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Explore new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
• Maintain and update business development reports and performance data.
• Negotiate and finalize business deals to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market and technology trends to identify new opportunities.
• Gather client feedback and coordinate improvements with internal teams

Experience: 0–1 year (Experience in the IT field preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of IT products, software, or tech-based services (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple clients.
• Lead generation and account management skills.
• 2-Wheeler License required
