We are looking for a passionate and result driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of proven experience in generating leads, client handling, and project bidding on platforms like Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business through online platforms like Upwork
  • Identify and create business opportunities in web development, mobile apps, and digital solutions.
  • Write proposals, follow up with clients, and close deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long term growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.

Required Skills:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or bidding on platforms like Upwork.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and professional proposals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,699.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
