Key Responsibilities
🔹 Client Outreach & Lead Generation
- Identify and connect with new
domestic and international companies
requiring IT staffing or development services - Generate qualified B2B leads through:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email campaigns
- Job portals and professional platforms
- Referrals, networking, and cold outreach
🔹 Requirement Understanding & Solution Selling
- Understand client requirements for:
- Dedicated developers (monthly basis)
- Hourly resource engagement
- Fixed-price or project-based development
- Position Resource Bazaar developers as per client needs
- Share developer profiles, skill sets, experience, and availability
🔹 Client Engagement & Follow-Ups
- Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as
Founders, CTOs, Hiring Managers
- Address client queries related to:
- Engagement models
- Pricing and commercials
- Onboarding and delivery process
🔹 Proposal & Coordination
- Prepare and send proposals, pricing details, and engagement models
- Coordinate with internal teams for:
- Resource availability
- Cost estimation
- Interview scheduling
- Support discussions and negotiations until deal closure
🔹 Lead Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain lead and follow-up records
- Track lead status and pipeline movement
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed clients to delivery teams
Required Skills & Experience
🔹 Must-Have
- Experience in
B2B sales, IT staffing, recruitment sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to engage with
domestic and international clients
- Understanding of:
- Dedicated developer model
- Monthly, hourly, and project-based engagements
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working on
commission / percentage-based compensation
🔹 Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in IT staffing agencies or software service companies
- Existing network of startups, IT companies, eCommerce brands, or agencies
- Knowledge of eCommerce or software development technologies
- Experience working with offshore or remote delivery models
Compensation Model
Commission / Percentage-Based payout per successful lead or confirmed engagement
- Commission payable after client onboarding or payment confirmation
- Percentage and payout cycle will be defined in the agreement
No fixed salary – unlimited earning potential based on performance
