Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Accountant role, based on-site, at our New Delhi office. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, processing payments, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Other responsibilities include supporting audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing general accounting and administrative assistance to the finance team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial record-keeping, account reconciliation, and payment processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
• Familiarity with financial regulations and auditing processes
• Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting and demonstrate a high level of integrity
