Business Development Director

As the Director of Business Development at Kaav Business Solutions, you will be responsible for new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management. The role is full-time with a hybrid work model, offering some flexibility to work from home. You must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in USA and/or India, APAC staffing solutions for both IT and non-IT sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Acquire new leads and requirements. - Generate requirements from new and existing clients through cold calling. - Shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences. - Negotiate rates with clients and candidates if necessary. - Follow up with clients on submission progress. - Guide candidates through the interview process and closure. **Qualifications Required:** - Enthusiastic and self-driven professional with experience in working with enterprise clients. - Proven track record of business development in the staffing and recruitment industry. If you possess a minimum of 10 years of Sales/Business Development experience in the Indian and/or US IT Staffing Industry, have the ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, and understand the Implementation Partners/Prime Vendor Sales Process, then you could be the ideal candidate for this role. You should also have an active connection at the IP/Prime Vendor level and a thorough understanding of the full sales/recruitment cycle in the Indian Staffing Industry, with a proven track record in the Indian IT Staffing Industry.,
