Role & responsibilities

Handle the
full recruitment life cycle
, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn), social media, references, and headhunting
.
Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess technical fit, availability, salary expectations, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and schedule technical and HR interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records using ATS or recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various platforms and ensure visibility to the right audience.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to align hiring goals and timelines.
